350 Myrtle Avenue #3 (between Carlton & Adelphi)
Fort Greene, Brooklyn
By taxi/car: From 14th Street or below, fare
will be approx. $10-15. Take the Manhattan Bridge. Pass through
light at base of bridge and take next left onto Myrtle Ave. Continue
approx. 6-8 blocks passing Fort Greene Park on your right.
After the park, you will go through two intersections -Washington
Park, Carlton Ave. Immediately pull over to the right at laundromat
/ Bed & Bath store.
By subway, with 10-15 min. walk (in order of shortest walking
distance):
- C to Lafayette Ave. Exit at east end - Greene Ave. Walk up
Greene two blocks to Carlton Ave.; take a left. Continue
on Carlton four blocks to Myrtle Ave. Right on Myrtle, 350 is
halfway down the block on the right side after laundromat / Bed & Bath
place.
- Q/R to Dekalb Ave. Exit at Dekalb. Walk east on Dekalb (do
not cross Flatbush) for approx. 10 blocks. Left on Carlton,
two blocks to Myrtle. Right on Myrtle, just past laundromat.
- 2/3/4/5 to Nevins Street. Walk east on Fulton Street (away
from Fulton Mall). At intersection with Lafayette, bear
soft-left (45 degree angle) on Lafayette. Continue until Carlton;
take a left. Walk down Carlton three blocks to Myrtle. Right
on Myrtle, just past laundromat.
By subway and bus, no walking: A/C/F to Jay Street-Borough Hall.
Exit at north end (away from Fulton). Walk down Jay Street a few
feet to the B54 bus stop (beginning of route) in front of the MetroTech
plaza. (Runs every 10-15 minutes on weekends.) Bus will loop around
MetroTech and east on Myrtle Avenue. Bus stops just past intersection
with Carlton, in front of laundromat. See taxi directions for visual
